At the heart of our capabilities is our world-class, on-site MEMS wafer fabrication facility. Unlike many sensor manufacturers, we design and manufacture our own MEMS silicon dies in-house. This vertical integration gives us complete control over quality, performance, and lead time — ensuring that every sensor meets the most rigorous standards.

Merit Sensor products support pressure ranges from 0 to 15,000 psi and operate in harsh environments from -40 to 150 °C. Our sensor dies are available in absolute, gauge, vacuum, and differential configurations.

We also specialize in customization. Whether it’s tuning sensitivity, adjusting resistance values, or meeting unique calibration requirements, our team works closely with customers to deliver solutions tailored to their exact specifications.
